As a professional, I have chosen to follow the position of the American Dietetic Association to appropriately plan the vegan diet. It is healthy, nutritionally adequate and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. The best approach is to plan a variety of menus which can provide adequate nutrition for vegans. In the Veganders-cooking, our guests will learn how to develop a well-balanced daily menu and how to chose and prepare the ingredients in order to preserve all their important nutrients. We pay particular attention to periodicity and regionality of fruit and vegetables. Besides health issues, I am sure that our students will also learn how to enjoy every single meal.
