Our cooking course

Saisonal und regional

In our cooking course you learn to prepare a wide range of typical antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci from Middle-Italy and combine these into a healthy and delicious menu. All our ingredients are seasonal and are cultivated regionally. If possible, some ingredients can be even harvested by our guests. Our cooking course is taught in English and is suitable from beginners all the way to advanced home chefs and food lovers. All participants have the possibility to cut, cook, knead and stir to their heart’s content.

Grilled polenta crostini with mushrooms and caramelized radicchio
Aubergine tartlet with tomatoes and grilled scallions on spinach mousse
Chickpea millefoille with sweet- sour onions and turmeric mayonnaise
Spelt salad with roasted cherry tomatoes, almond pesto and lemon confit.
Radicchio salad with reduction of pomegranate and yoghurt salsa
“Pappa al pomodoro” with homemade bread and confit of springonions
Baked paprika risotto with grapes and rosemary
Potato ravioli with Seitan ragout
